Road safety, anti-impact wall-shaped barrier for use as Bridge Border tested in class H4b and positive crash-test results, according to law DM 2367 dated 06/21/2004 and to the regulation UNI EN 1317, prefabricated from vibrated, reinforced concrete of the following class: Rck (resistance to compression) ≥45 Mpa, manufactured with cement type 42.5R and aggregates of quarry or of river assessed and washed, with an asymmetrical Bridge border New Jersey profile, with dimensions of 50x600x100, width in front of 23 cm; includes at least two fitted rear anchors for the guardrail posts. The elements will be reinforced with caged steel B450/C, with a bar cover not less than 20 mm, and equipped with a C45 steel rolled horizontal bar in the higher part, 10 pitches and 28 mm diameter, with double-layer painted ends with a epoxy resin based finish and equipped with barrel fittings. The lower connection is held in place with a kit composed by a double-layer 280x80x10 mm plate with tie-rods, M24 nuts, and washers, all hot-dip galvanized. Manufactured by a company which has the following certification of quality: UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, certified by ICMQ and CE Mark.

Provided with: 

• galvanized steel tie-plate for every hot-dip galvanized steel joint, with dimensions of 280x75x10 mm, together with anchor bolts and possible specific plates for expansion joints;

• ties with threaded horizontal rolled bar, 28 mm diameter, supplied with its compensation sleeve, with a double-layer of epoxy resin based finish painted outer end and possible specific sleeve for the expansion joint;

• 4 base anchors, each made of a plate with dimensions 100x150x10 mm, 50 mm diameter hole, submerged by concrete together with its anchors, all hot-dip galvanized and a wedge with chemical resin; 

• hot-dip galvanized steel handrail; 

• unloading from the vehicle to the ultimate laying on the curb;  

• the assembling and anchoring of:
  a) lower connecting-plates of prefabricated elements;
  b) rolled bar jointer;

• possible level-compensating elements made of high-hardness neoprene;

every possible equipment needed also to work outside the bridge and the protection of the junction zone between the sleeve and the rolled bar, made of high thermal density lubricant, anti seize 767 Loctite type (weight loss < 3% with 200° heating for 4 hours), or similar, and elastic cover sheath made of polypropylene treated UV/CP (against ultraviolet rays and weather agents, grey colored, to be rolled on site, protecting the grease, equipped with suitable closing device, looking like a 60 mm diameter and 40 cm length pipe; also including a anaerobic blocking made of polyacryldiester resin Loctite 245 type or similar.
