Redirecting anti-impact wall-shaped border “ET100” for the protection of side walls of tunnels, pillars, side retaining walls, tested in Class H2 with “zero displacement” according to law DM 2367 dated 6/21/2004 and to regulation UNI EN 1317, border tested also for motorcyclist impact according to UNE 135900, prefabricated from vibrated, reinforced concrete of the following class: Rck (resistance to compression) ≥45 Mpa, manufactured with cement type 42.5R and aggregates of quarry or of river assessed and washed, with a “reverse T” asymmetrical profile with dimensions of 43x619x100, reinforced with electro-welded B450/C steel net, with a bar cover not less than 20 mm. Each element has a longitudinal pre-arrangement for the slot of led lights. The lower connection is held in place with a kit composed by a double-layer 280x80x10 mm plate with tie-rods, M24 nuts, and washers, all hot-dip galvanized. Manufactured by a company which has the following certification of quality: UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, certified by ICMQ and CE Mark. All elements are realized following the project drawings and reinforcement.

Provided with:

• galvanized steel tie-plates for the connection of the barrier elements;

• laying accessories (bolts, washers, etc.);

• possible level-compensating elements;

• any other service or supply and their elements needed to ensure the law classification.
