Cisterns and Panels in reinforced vibrated concrete

 

Accumulation of primary or meteoric waters from various uses (irrigation, fire retardation, etc), and the collection of drainage liquids for their treatment, are a very common practice near companies of every type (industrial, artisan, agricultural, zootecnical, etc). The employment of prefabricated reservoirs for such use has by now become common practice by virtue of conspicuous economies of construction deriving from the speed and ease of installation of these types of products.

 

Terms of the contract

CIRCULAR RESERVIORS

Prefabricated reservoir in reinforced vibrated concrete monoblock constructed in a single jet with concrete of class not less than to 45 Mpa, manufactured with concrete of type II/A-LL 42,5R. The reservoir has a maximum inner height of 2000mm, and the circular section is able to hold capacities between 3 m3 and 8 m3. The reservoir could be equipped with inner separator septa, also constructed in a single jet. The elements will have to be impermeable with perfect hydraulic seal. It must also have perfect impermeability between the various compartments of the manifest in case the latter one was predisposed. For the chemical protection of the concrete, the reservoir can be equipped with anti-corrosive and anti-fissure inner treatment. The reservoir is armed with verified B450/C steel and for street cargos of antiseismic category 1. The cover of the reservoir (upon request) could be manufactured with a cover slab prefabricated in carriageable reinforced vibrated concrete and verified for cargos of antiseismic category 1 with inspections bumper to bumper and prepared for the lodging of the valves in cast iron. Upon request the cover slab can be supplied for pedestrian cargos. The elements are produced and controlled by a company in possession of Business Quality System certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified from ICMQ.

Terms of the contract

RECTANGULAR RESERVIORS

The reservoir is prefabricated in reinforced concrete monoblock with non-inferior class concrete to 45 Mpa (mega-pascals), manufactured with concrete of type II/A-LL 42,5R.

 

The reservoir, of the maximum external height of 2500 mm, will be able to have both the square capacity of 12 m3, and the advanced capacity of between 24 m3 and 60m3,with the section being rectangular. The reservoir could be equipped with inner separator septa, also constructed in a single jet.

 

The elements will have to be impermeable and have perfect hydraulic seal. Perfect impermeability must also exist between the several compartments of the product in case this last one was predisposed.

 

For the chemical protection of the concrete, the reservoir can be equipped with anticorrosive and anti fissure inner treatment. The reservoir is armed with verified B450/C steel and for street cargos of antiseismic category 1.

In the more onerous applications where it is requested that the reservoirs introduce high chemical resistance, they can be treated with low viscosity, epoxy based, acid-resistan resin with the following characteristics: Results are obtained according to regulation UNI EN ISO 2812-1, method 2
